Regulatory Affairs and Pharmacovigilance

Al Maseela Pharmaceutical company has well established RA and PV department composed of a group of people who act as a liaison between Local Regulatory authority Principal and consumers to make sure that marketed products are safe and effective. Regulatory affairs is responsible for obtaining approval for new pharmaceutical products and ensuring that approval is maintained as long as the principal wants to keep the product on the market. Same time ensure that companies comply with all of the regulations and laws pertaining to their business. Pharmacovigilance department is responsible for establishment and maintenance of marketing authorization holder PV system and PV activities to promote , maintain and improve compliance with legal requirements.
